Comté d’Auvergne festival by moonlight
Open-air concerts in the heart of Vic-le-Comte, during which bands bring the summer nights to life. From all over France, different bands come each year. Various styles of music and instruments: gypsy jazz, rock’n roll, melodies, percussion instruments, trumpet, accordion etc.
Les Arverniales
Over the course of a weekend, the oppidum of Gergovie will be bringing together Gauls and Romans for two days of experiments on the actual site of the famous battle. A big show featuring the horsemen of the Gallic Wars.
Les Arverniales combines science with spectacle, making for a living moment of history alongside a fun, educational and festive approach.
Gaulish and Roman encampments, combat, military manoeuvres, scenes of everyday life, Gaulish cooking, a tavern, crafts, introduction to archaeology, experiments etc. The huge range of activities makes Les Arverniales an event for all ages and all visitors!

Over the weekend, the streets of the town centre of Vic-le-Comte will come alive with stallholders and bargain hunters looking around and, who knows, maybe doing the deal of the century!
More than 350 stallholders, one of the region’s biggest flea markets.
La Ronde des Lacs - VTT
Cyclists wind their way down the paths of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d’Auvergne, of the Chaîne des Puys and of the lower slopes of the Massif du Sancy, with their lakes, peaks, volcanoes and regional heritage.
With more than 1000 entrants every year, this mountain biking event is still the most famous of its kind in Auvergne.
Open to all, it is an occasion that is above all fun, with plenty of high spirits, during which everyone can choose their circuits according to their ability.
